Today after lunch I was headed back to my car on Tejon Street (free parking today courtesy of the City of Colorado Springs for the holidays) when I discovered this place. They are a local Chocolatier and have some unique candy selections. Cacao (pronounced ka-KOW) Chemistry was founded in 2014 by Sam Lang and Travis Ashing, the combination of a chef and an engineer. They hand-produce every truffle in small batches using only the finest French chocolate and follow the philosophy that ingredients that pair well together share similarities at the chemical level.
