Palmer Park

6/6/2016

A 730.2 acre regional park centrally located in the metro Colorado Springs area. It became a park in 1907 and is named after city founder, William Jackson Palmer. It contains over 25 miles of trails, a dog park, an off-leash dog area, two baseball fields, a football/soccer field, three volleyball courts, a community playground, horse stables, and several picnic grounds.  A great place to feel like you're in the mountains while actually being in the heart of town!
