Bingo Burger - Review

5/17/2016

Located downtown on Tejon Street between Kiowa and Bijou, Bingo Burger has been serving up fresh, local, grass-fed beef, chicken, lamb, and veggie burgers since 2014. The first location opened in Pueblo in 2010.  I had the Bessemer, a beef burger named after a city once adjacent and now a part of the City of Pueblo.  It was incorporated in 1886 after the Colorado Gold Rush of 1859.  The burger, topped with Pueblo chili jack cheese, bacon, and barbecue sauce was delicious, and so were the fries with bacon-mayo dipping sauce!  The staff were friendly and helpful, and management spent time in the dining area greeting customers and ensuring they were completely satisfied.  Who's up for some Bingo?
