My second visit to Adams Mountain Cafe was just as enjoyable as the first. We chose the Senegalese Vegetables, an Adam's classic dish of Peanut Sauce tossed with Snow Peas, Carrots, Onions, Celery, Cauliflower and Potatoes, Finished with Currants, Scallions and Roasted Almonds and served over Brown Rice. We also had the Pear and Pecan Salad, Organic greens and fresh pear, candied pecans and house calvados vinaigrette served with a Great harvest high fiber roll and butter. Everything was delicious! Dinner was accompanied by live acoustic guitar selections by the talented Wayne Hammerstadt. It was a very enjoyable evening!
