A post-Christmas Chimi at one of Colorado Springs newest local Mexican restaurants at Powers and Briargate. When I walked in I thought this place looked a little familiar to me. The building originally housed a Chili's Restaurant, followed by Carlos Miguel's Mexican Restaurant which recently closed (just this location) in November. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good as was the beef Chimi which included beans and rice. Discover more...
