One of Colorado’s newest family-owned restaurants offering up some great Berlin, Germany style street eats. I chose the Thüringer Rostbratwurst im Brötchen, a Pork Bratwurst combo served on a fresh German roll (without the lightly spiced mustard) with fries and a drink. Mine was good, but I did find myself envying some of the other patrons selections and looking forward to returning and trying some of them. The restaurant is located at 773 Garden Of The gods Road (at North Chestnut Street).
