An absolutely fantastic late lunch at this awesome Nordic cafe in Lincoln Center. Today I tried the Trondheim, a delightful blend of Jarlsberg cheese, chive crème fraiche, cucumber and watercress. I had planned to try the lingonberry gelatos, but Mara told me for a limited time they have Rocky Ford cantaloupe gelatos so that settled that decision right then and there. Oh my, it is to die for!
