Pizza on the Rocks...

For dinner this evening, Stella and I decided to “wing” it. We stopped at our neighborhood pizzeria and said, “Nice To Meat You”, and that’s exactly what they gave us! Located in the Delmonico Square shopping center in the heart of Rockrimmon, Colorado Crust Pizza is owned and operated by the Oliver family, and is a sister restaurant to Oliver’s Deli, located just across the parking lot.
