Went fishin’ today for some Wild Alaskan Cod...what a great catch! I like fish that doesn't taste like, well, fish, and prepared with a crisp, crunchy batter. This really tugged at my taste buds! What an excellent dinner, and well worth the 20 minute wait in line. Today the truck was in the Walgreen's parking lot at Centennial and Vindicator, in the Mountain Shadows neighborhood.
