This evening found us out and about at the Crystal Park Cantina, a unique, home-style Mexican restaurant tucked in the hills above Manitou Springs. We all enjoyed our entrees and the service was great. The Steak Tacos came highly recommended and did not disappoint! They have several dining areas inside and a beautiful outdoor patio.
