Met my ex for dinner tonight. There was a lot of catching up to do and we had fun reminiscing about times gone by. We always enjoyed dining on the creek side patio at Amanda’s Fonda on the west side so we decided to meet here again and I’m happy to say that it was love at first sight all over again! I think we both felt that spark as we shared a basket of chips and salsa, and then out came our meals looking just as fresh and wonderful as before, smothered with hot bubbly cheese next to a side of rice. Each bite reminded us of the passion we shared for this place and so we didn’t stop there...we had dessert!
