We’re on a “roll” with our Love Local Challenge. This made our third visit THIS WEEK to a locally-owned business. The complimentary chips and salsa were fresh and tasty, and the beef taquitos platter was an excellent recommendation by Frank today at lunch. Amanda’s Cantina is located on North Academy across the street from the Chapel Hills Mall. A second location is at 3625 Colorado Avenue on the west side.
