This evening our office staff of approximately 150 people had an employee appreciation party to celebrate a very successful 2016 and the food was catered by the good folks at Garden of the Gods Gourmet. The menu included a select mix of Cheeses with assorted Crackers, an assortment of Artisan Breads and Butter, a Gourmet Garden Salad with Mixed Lettuces, topped with Carrots, Cucumbers, Grape Tomatoes; served with house made Balsamic Vinaigrette. It also included Roasted Garlic and Herb Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes, Tender Farfalle Pasta tossed with an Asiago Alfredo Sauce and roasted mix of Butternut Squash, Zucchini and Red Peppers; topped with Fresh Parsley and Asiago Cheese, Tender Seasoned Beef Tips slowly braised with Mushrooms, Pearl Onions, Tomatoes, Carrots, Celery, Rosemary and Thyme in a rich Burgundy Demi-Glace, and Pan seared Almond Crusted Chicken Breasts served over a Tomato Basil Cream Sauce; garnished with Fresh Parsley.
