1858 at Seven Falls

10/29/2017

Borrowing its name from the Gold Rush era, The Broadmoor's 1858 Restaurant sits at the base of Seven Falls. COSmo and I had a bowl of Wild Boar Green Chili made with Pueblo Green Chili, Corn, and Tomatillo with a Raspberry Limeade. So glad we saved room for some warm Palisade Peach and Blueberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream.  Everything was fantastic, all served in a casual, rustic setting but with all the quality and service you'd expect from a Broadmoor-owned establishment.
