Rocco's has been a Colorado Springs favorite since 1982. A house specialty is the Pasti (Cannoli), Italian sausage or meatballs (or both) with Italian cheese and Ortega peppers, rolled in dough and baked to a golden perfection and served with a delightful red sauce. A delicious garden salad with half house/half ranch dressing (recommended by my awesome server Cristina), was served along with a fresh loaf of bread and real butter, hot out of the oven. An additional carafe full of my favorite beverage made refills fast and easy, and the Italian music playing in the background added to the ambiance. Like many Italian restaurants, Rocco's is closed on Mondays.
