Family owned and operated and located in the heart of Old Colorado City. The restaurant has a charming back patio, where you'll often find music. Cucuru offers contemporary interpretations of regional Spanish Tapas and a variety of other eats. I had THE CUBAN—marinated and slow-roasted pork with ham, kosher pickle, Swiss cheese, brushed with Mojo Sauce and grilled to perfection. It was served with cole slaw and fresh watermelon. A slice of apple pie topped off the evening. We were there a little early for the live music which was to begin at 7:00pm, but hope to catch it the next time.
