I just love Roman Villa! Like clockwork, the line begins forming about fifteen minutes before opening. The porch light comes on precisely at 5:00pm and the door opens. As the line moves inside a regular customer grabs the mail on his way in. Amber makes her way by the tables asking if anyone needs a menu and you hear voices in unison saying, “Nah!”. I decided on a Pepperoni and Sausage pizza and a dinner salad with house dressing. The food and service are consistently awesome! Roman Villa is open Tuesday-Saturday from 5:00pm-9:00pm. 3005 N. Built in 1903, The Loop sits right "in the loop" (roundabout) in Manitou Springs as you turn off to make your way up to the Cog Railway and The Incline. Our evening included some terrific Mexican fare along with an endless supply of fresh salsa and chips. Our awesome server Ben recommened the shredded beef Chimichanga. It was fork tender and absolutely delicious, smothered with a spicy white Queso, and included rice, guacamole, and sour cream. For dessert we had the Sopapillas with honey. Mmmm!
A DiscoverCOS team favorite. You’ll find some great lunch specials by the slice, as well as a variety of items you’d think would only be found in the middle of the Bronx. Our lunch special today included two large slices of NY style Pepperoni pizza and a soda with unlimited refills for just $7.95. For those with a really big appetite, the Big Apple 24” pizza is a great choice!

A Colorado Springs tradition since 1974. The warm fireplace was very welcoming on this windy, chilly evening. Dinner included fresh salsa and chips, a loaded beef Chimichanga topped with Queso, topped off by some fried ice cream for dessert. Jose Muldoon’s has two locations, the original on N. Tejon and the other on the east side at South Carefree and Powers.
