Our party of five met at The Public House at 8:30pm Friday evening. As quick as I sat down a server came by and took our drink orders, which we received promptly. They were busy, but still had a few tables available throughout the evening. The loud music made it difficult to carry a conversation, even with the persons sitting right next to you. There were some great looking plates of food passing by us all evening, but two hours later I was surprised that no one had ever came by our table to take our order or even to ask if we wanted anything more to drink, even though they appeared to be adequately staffed. I'm hoping this was just an off night for them and not the norm. Fortunately we had a good time talking amongst ourselves in spite of the noise. They did manage to remember to bring us our checks, with no apparent recollection or mention that they had missed serving our table. Perhaps next time we'll get an opportunity to try some grub.
